Responsibilities

Informs and executes broader GRC technology stack strategy with direct responsibility for the delivery and implementation of governance technology platform
Implements and manages governance technology platforms including Archer Integrated Risk Management Platform and ACES Quality Management Software. Ensures technology is developed to facilitate wholistic views and metrics for risk across the enterprise
Applies risk management expertise to advise stakeholders on best practices for automating and tracking risk activities, including IT risk, Third Party Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Internal Audit, focusing on developing efficient, scalable processes
Ensures product management and development processes follow industry best practices, are documented and regularly evaluated for effectiveness. Ensures consistent end user experiences across the platform
Develops and maintains 3-5 year roadmap for system development. Stays abreast of industry updates and changes to ensure technology is current and best in class
Regularly meets with leaders across the organization to assess GRC technology needs, address concerns, and develop strategies to improve risk practices
Ensures GRC systems are developed in alignment with risk management governing documents. Assists in the development and maintenance of governing documents and policies as appropriate
Responsible for ongoing assessment of platform adequacy, reports on project and system metrics, and makes recommendations for new technologies
Ensures user acceptance criteria are established at project outset and are met by project completion. Leads development reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes
Oversees system integration and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, adequate scoping, resource allocation, roadmap development, and timely project completion
Owns the relationships with system vendors and consultants, responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues related to service level agreements, managing vendor resources, managing system upgrades, and making recommendations about adoption of new system functionality, negotiating contracts, and managing the technology budget
Responsible for implementing processes that ensure high quality data outputs, regular data validation, and system maintenance to ensure data accuracy and utility that facilitates complex and accurate risk reporting using quantitative and qualitative inputs
Manage technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution as needed in close collaboration with IT team and GRC third-party provider
Collaborates with organizational leadership to ensure team projects are appropriately prioritized and align with organizational and team strategy
Maintains accurate risk and quality assessments for ongoing projects and current platforms, outlining risks to on-time completion, deliverables, and quality. Develops and manages contingency plans when project or platform objectives are in jeopardy
Develops and implements strategic plan for the team, manages and maintains team procedures, documentation, and record retention
Sets team performance goals and creates a culture of accountability where individual team members take ownership for the accomplishment of performance metrics while looking for creative solutions to problems
Mentor and coach team members. Manages IDP’s and works with team members to increase job skill through projects, formalized training, and individualized development activities
Supervises and delegates various project tasks to the governance and risk technology team to enable individuals to perform the essential job functions

Required

8+ years of related experience in a Business Analyst, Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or IT Risk Management capacity
Demonstrated experience working with Risk and Compliance principals and processes (e.g., control frameworks, controls assessments, policies and procedures, risk management processes, third-party risk, etc.)
5+ years RSA Archer experience in building Advanced Workflow, Access Control, UI design, Reporting, Dashboards, iViews and DDEs
Demonstrated experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Experience managing product or technology teams
Bachelor's degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or four years of similar related experience
Demonstrated ability to clearly express ideas, methodology, results and recommendations verbally, in writing and through insightful reports and graphic illustrations
Demonstrated ability to document outcomes and present information in a manner appropriate for key stakeholders and all levels of the organization
Experience with RSA Archer platform or related skills in other IRM/GRC platforms, complex Excel calculations, share point, and business analysis that are easily transferable to RSA Archer platform
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred

IT, GRC, or related certifications preferred (CISA, CISSP, Archer Certification)
Project Management Certification preferred
Experience with analytical and reporting software preferred (RSA Archer)
Java & JavaScript (Preferred)
