Talent Nest Solutions is an internationally recognized HR consultancy firm, and they are seeking a Healthcare Sales Intern for a summer internship program. The intern will participate in a structured training curriculum focused on the Medicare business and gain hands-on experience in sales processes and support.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 10-week internship program that includes a comprehensive and structured training curriculum

Experience to include networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program

Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through selling competitions, simulated practice, projects and job shadowing

Exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, our consumer base and the role that our organization plays in the market

Gain an understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model, and the role it plays in overall distribution

Support agent interactions by assisting with inquiries and providing relevant information and resources, either directly or through collaborative team efforts
