Responsibilities
Draws up production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet in stock dates as determined by the inventory stocking plan
Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times
Communicates with department supervisors to determine status of the current schedule and optimization of the upcoming schedule
Maintains inventory levels for assigned value streams
Prepares production reports and purchase orders to obtain materials
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Effective communication skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of organization
Strong ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred)
