Responsibilities
Coach and guide Agile Squads in the effective application of Agile and Scrum values, principles, and the Scrum Framework
Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement to ensure teams realize value
Partner with Product Owners and Development Teams to support effective backlog management, self-organization, and continuous improvement
Identify, manage, and escalate risks and impediments while fostering a trusting, transparent, and high-performing team environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-time business experience with 3+ years of hands-on Scrum experience
Strong understanding of Agile principles, the Scrum Framework, and building high-performing teams using inspect-and-adapt loops
Proven coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills across multiple levels of an organization
Experience leveraging empirical data, feedback loops, and metrics to drive continuous improvement
Working knowledge of Agile-supporting practices such as CI/CD, test-driven development, and automation
Familiarity with other Agile frameworks and ways of working, including Kanban, Scrumban, XP, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
