Responsibilities
Represent clients in high-stakes intellectual property litigation matters
Handle all phases of litigation including case strategy, discovery, and motion practice
Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other litigation filings
Manage depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation
Participate in trial and courtroom proceedings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and clients
Support development of litigation strategy aligned with client objectives
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of substantial experience in intellectual property litigation
Demonstrated deposition and trial experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Hatch-Waxman and/or biosimilar litigation strongly preferred
Large law firm or elite litigation boutique experience preferred
