Manager of Influencer Marketing
24 Seven Talent is seeking a Manager of Influencer Marketing to build and scale their US influencer revenue engine for a fast-growing athleisure brand. The role involves owning the influencer sales process, building creator programs, and optimizing performance to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Own influencer sales end to end: creator sourcing, deals, launches, and performance
Build an always-on creator program that drives revenue and ROAS
Negotiate performance-based deals (CPMs, rev share, affiliate, TikTok Shop)
Track and optimize aggressively across conversion, CAC, and profitability
Stay ahead of trends and act fast on what’s converting
Qualification
Required
Hungry, always-on social expert
Proven experience driving sales through influencer or creator programs
Strong negotiator with a performance mindset
Fast, scrappy, and hands-on
Revenue-driven, competitive, and deeply plugged into social culture
Preferred
TikTok Shop experience
