Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and maintain financial agreements (e.g., loans, leases, new investments)
Record and organize documentation related to investments, insurance, tax, and estate planning
Prepare and enhance quarterly financial reports
Support family members with bill payments and charitable giving
Collaborate with tax accountants on tax and gift return preparation
Work with estate attorneys on gifting and estate planning matters
Assist with cash management, tracking, and projections
Maintain compliance records
Coordinate with external investment managers
Oversee real estate transactions (purchases and sales)
Evaluate potential investments for suitability
Maintain strict confidentiality with personal and financial information
Handle ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred (CPA a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with professionals and family members across generations
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
