Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to current and prospective clients
Collaborate with the Sales team and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to define project scopes based on client requirements
Design tailored solutions that address specific client challenges, including network, server, cloud, and cybersecurity needs
Assist in preparing proposals, statements of work, and other documentation to support the sales process
Conduct technical assessments and discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather requirements and assess existing environments
Evaluate client infrastructure to determine potential areas for improvement and recommend solutions that fit their needs
Conduct technical assessments and discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather requirements and assess existing environments
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase MSP services and technologies to prospective clients
Articulate the technical features, benefits, and advantages of MSP solutions in a clear and compelling manner
Work with project and service teams to verify that proposed solutions can be implemented effectively

Basic understanding of the project management process
