Responsibilities
Maintain and promote a culture of operational excellence across mortgage operations
Execute wire funding activities accurately and timely
Process and reconcile invoices related to mortgage transactions
Facilitate the execution and completion of mortgage documentation
Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory compliance requirements
Identify and implement opportunities for business process improvements
Support ongoing business goals and initiatives, including onboarding of new mortgage products as directed by the Business Unit
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of residential mortgage experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
Preferred
2–3 years of experience in client services and mortgage processing, including processing, closing, and funding
Working knowledge of mortgage servicing activities such as loan onboarding, escrow, and remittance processing
Familiarity with applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing
College degree preferred
Proven ability to meet turn-time commitments while managing multiple priorities
