Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition to support the company’s target of achieving 50% North American market share
Own customer engagement including lead generation, technical sales presentations, and commercial negotiations
Act as the technical interface between customers and internal engineering, metallurgy, and manufacturing teams
Monday – Friday role – Remote – Local travel to Detroit customers in the week
Qualification
Required
Sales Engineer with experience in automotive, powder metallurgy, or metals manufacturing
Strong technical foundation in materials engineering, metallurgy, or mechanical engineering
Experience working with North American OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
