Serve as the backend processing team for the department, not customer facing
Process eligibility files, contribution files, and change files for groups that elect this method of transmission
Research to resolve file exceptions, enrollment errors, system issues, audits, and special projects
Works closely with the Employer Support and Account Managers to ensure seamless integration of workflow related to account setup and servicing
Address and resolve client/participants issues regarding eligibility such as enrollments and terminations
Update accounts to reflect participant changes
EDI Files - Employee Navigator, Ease and Standalone client files
EDI File Set-ups
Qualification
Required
Technical savvy is a must for this position - Excel proficiency required
Process eligibility files, contribution files, and change files for groups that elect this method of transmission

Understanding of products in the Flexible Benefits industry to include HSA/FSA/HRA/COBRA is a plus
Excellent MicroSoft Office skills, primarily Excel
