Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend features, APIs, and services that support the Projectmates platform
Troubleshoot and debug code while writing thorough unit tests to ensure stability, performance, and long-term quality
Collaborate with cross functional teams both onshore and offshore to support system integration and backend alignment
Evaluate existing application architecture and recommend enhancements that improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency
Identify recurring issues and contribute to standardizing backend processes, patterns, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of hands-on backend development experience using .NET or .NET Core
Strong proficiency in C# and SQL, with extensive experience writing and optimizing stored procedures
Solid understanding of backend architecture, RESTful API development, and service-oriented patterns
Experience working within a sproc-heavy environment and optimizing database interactions for performance and reliability
Familiarity with common authentication and authorization approaches used in .NET environments, such as OAuth 2.0
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable and scalable technical solutions
