Responsibilities
Network Architecture & Design: Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing network architecture across enterprise, data center, and cloud environments
Technical Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Engage with clients to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and contribute to statements of work (SOWs)
Implementation & Deployment: Lead the implementation and migration of networking solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
Multi-Vendor Expertise: Design and deploy solutions involving Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies
Security & Compliance: Ensure network designs meet security best practices, compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA, NIST), and client requirements
SD-WAN & Cloud Networking: Engineer and deploy SD-WAN, cloud networking, and hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise clients
Project Leadership & Documentation: Oversee project execution, provide technical mentorship to engineers, and document designs, configurations, and best practices
Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them optimize network performance and security
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and architecture in a professional services or consulting environment
Expert-level understanding of network design and implementation, focusing on multi-vendor networking solutions
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing network architecture across enterprise, data center, and cloud environments
Engage with clients to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and contribute to statements of work (SOWs)
Lead the implementation and migration of networking solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
Design and deploy solutions involving Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies
Ensure network designs meet security best practices, compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA, NIST), and client requirements
Engineer and deploy SD-WAN, cloud networking, and hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise clients
Oversee project execution, provide technical mentorship to engineers, and document designs, configurations, and best practices
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them optimize network performance and security
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working in customer-facing roles, with a focus on solution delivery and client success
Preferred
Cisco CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, NSE4-8, Aruba ACX, or equivalent certifications
Automation & Scripting: Python, Ansible, Terraform
