Responsibilities
Prepare, set up, and operate filling machines
Operate dry heat ovens, autoclaves, and programmed freezers
Operate canning and centrifugal spinning machines
Batch vaccines for filling and pack frozen vaccine for BRT
Complete all relevant filling documentation and perform required quality and volume checks
Maintain good documentation practices, including batch closing in Oracle
Order and receive materials and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and filling areas
Adhere to, revise, and perform procedures in accordance with SOPs
Assist in other production or lab areas as needed
Work safely around liquid nitrogen
Collaborate with maintenance personnel to perform mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Demonstrated mechanical or electronic aptitude
Experience working in cleanroom environments
Familiarity with aseptic filling principles
Strong mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated environment
