Qualification
Required
1+ year of direct service case management, intake, or support experience
1+ year experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, etc
1+ years' experience developing business relations with clients and external partners
Proficient with MS Office -- Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem-solver with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience working with re-entry and a diverse population
