Responsibilities

Create and manage organic social content, posting, paid advertising campaigns, and overall social media strategies
Develop platform-appropriate creative, including short-form video and trend-based content
Conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to review performance, discuss insights, and provide strategic guidance
Demonstrate return on investment through clear reporting and data-backed analysis
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, with a strong emphasis on paid media metrics and trends
Optimize content, ad delivery, and tracking to accurately collect campaign data
Analyze existing social media strategies, identify gaps or weaknesses, and recommend improvements
Monitor platform updates and social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Establish and track key performance indicators for social media campaigns and evaluate results against benchmarks
Track and report on campaign progress to ensure all initiatives stay within budget and meet KPIs

Required

At least one (1) year of experience working within Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
At least one (1) year of experience using Google Analytics (GA4), with a focus on ecommerce conversion tracking and traffic analysis
Experience creating visual assets using tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Ability to provide work samples upon request

Preferred

Experience with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics GA4, content calendars, Pinterest Content Creator, TikTok, CapCut, and SEMrush is a plus
Prior experience in the vacation rental industry is helpful but not required
