Responsibilities
Program and support 5-axis CNC machining using Mastercam
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for complex, large assemblies
Work from engineering drawings, models, and specifications
Support machining of tight-tolerance, high-value components
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with 5-axis CNC programming
Strong proficiency in Mastercam
Background machining large, complex assemblies
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
Preferred
Naval or defense manufacturing experience
Aerospace components or large earth-moving / heavy equipment parts
Experience with low-volume, high-complexity machining environments
