Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce instance, including user permissions, profiles, and access control
Perform system customizations and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce’s declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows)
Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving support tickets
Develop and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and reports within Salesforce to support business functions
Conduct testing of new releases, features, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
Lead advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues in Acumatica ERP across multiple modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory, CRM, etc.)
Develop customizations, reports, and integrations within the Acumatica ERP system to streamline business processes
Ensure system performance and availability through regular maintenance, patching, and system monitoring
Maintain sandbox environments for testing, configuration, and integration verification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and implement system improvements
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure that both Salesforce and Acumatica systems align with the company's business strategy
Influence the design and execution of internal processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and business insights
Serve as a key point of contact for both Salesforce and Acumatica ERP-related initiatives, ensuring the business gets the maximum value from these systems
Collaborate with end-users to identify system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training on both Salesforce and Acumatica
Develop user documentation, guides, and training materials to help teams leverage the full potential of both platforms

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field. (Equivalent work experience may be considered.)
3-5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Acumatica ERP Administrator in a similar role
Experience working in a cross-functional team and with business analysts to gather requirements and implement system changes
Experience with cloud-based systems, system integrations, and enterprise software solutions
Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator)
Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) for custom development skills
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce's declarative tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Formula Fields
Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
