Law Practice
Responsibilities
Keep the office running smoothly by supporting daily operations and facilities needs
Coordinate office services, including vendors, maintenance requests, equipment, and supplies; maintain shared spaces and common areas, including kitchen upkeep
Serve as the primary point of contact for routine office issues
Support front-office functions including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
Assist HR with administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, HRIS data entry, and timesheet review
Support office expansion efforts and special projects, including office moves and vendor coordination
Provide administrative support across departments, including scheduling, mail coordination, and document support
Qualification
Required
2 – 4 years in an administrative or office support role position in a professional environment
Associates degree or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with facilities coordination preferred
HR administrative experience preferred
Project management experience a plus
