Mega Cloud Lab is seeking a Salesforce Automation Engineer responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance program capabilities such as case management and citizen engagement. This role involves working under the guidance of the Solution Architect to create functional and secure applications that meet the agency's needs.

Required

More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Automation Engineer

More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g. Service Cloud, Data Cloud , CRM/Case Management etc)

More than 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business process and case management processes

Preferred

6 months of experience in integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms)

1 year of experience in Salesforce data model and security model

6 months of experience in configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

6 months of experience in configuring case management for public sector

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certificate
