Program Manager (CBP Workforce Wellness)
Endeavors is overseeing the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Workforce Wellness program and is seeking a Program Manager to ensure efficient execution of health and wellness services. The role involves managing daily operations, staff mentorship, and maintaining relationships with community partners while tracking program outcomes and compliance.

Responsibilities
Oversee and support all operations for the CBP Workforce Wellness Program, including the accumulation of outcome data tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to leadership
Lead, coach, and mentor the program staff
Initiate, guide, and support staff with continuous quality and process improvement
Forecast budget planning and execute expenditures of program funds to achieve the projected financial outcomes
Collaboratively work with the specialized staff to monitor client need and implement new support services when indicated
Manage relationship with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
Oversee performance measurement, capturing and reporting client outcomes, and coordinating outreach events as appropriate
Track and complete funder deliverables, audits, surveys, and compliance requirements
Participate in, organize, and train staff in established best practices
Manage Community Outreach and communication of events to ensure CBP employees and their family members take full advantage of the program's services
Represent Endeavors at conferences, meetings of service providers within the community, and liaising with other organizations at the local level to maintain partnerships and share work of the program
Other duties as assigned
Program Manager will research and identify new health and wellness program resources, equipment/tools and innovative technology to positively progress the CBP Workforce Wellness Program
Will complete monthly file review to ensure Behavioral Health Compliance
Will complete monthly review of slide deck presentations
Lead or participate in Clinical Quality Improvement Committee meetings
Submit weekly program information and highlights for executive leadership reports
Lead and participate in special projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
An Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university in a health sciences field (i.e., social work, psychology, healthcare administration), criminal justice field, or in a related field
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in people management, planning operations, budgets, and projects
5+ years of experience with managerial/supervisory responsibilities and program level leadership experience
Experience across a range of modalities within social work or counseling
Experience with health and wellness/or suicide prevention
Experience working with a Military, Veteran, law enforcement, and/or first responder population
Experience in overseeing/managing employer-based wellness programs
Experience delivering training related to wellness, behavioral health, or suicide awareness
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion
Driver's License with clear record and must pass a government background investigation
Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice
Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates
Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs
Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others
Employee should expect to work unpredictable schedules that include evenings and weekend days as needed to accommodate operations
