Information Technology Support Technician
Omega Holdings is a leading distributor of air conditioning and aftermarket components, seeking an IT Support Technician to support their corporate Information Technology department. The role involves providing end user support, deploying hardware/software, and collaborating with various teams across the US & Canada.

Responsibilities
Install and configure computer software, hardware, network, and peripheral equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently
Speaking to users to quickly get to the root of their problem
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems

Provide steps to help internal and external users resolve technical problems
Three Remote warehouses

Provide training for end users on new technology and software
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of users
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
Test and evaluate new technologies
Create and maintain system documentation
Maintain and validate data/system backups
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in information systems or Equivalent Certifications
3+ years of experience in IT or related projects
Experience troubleshooting end user issues
Be knowledgeable in setup for enterprise hardware/software
Microsoft Office/365
Microsoft Server
VOIP phones
Network maintenance
Dynamics 365 Business Central
Active directory
Entra (Azure Active Directory)
Hyper-V
Strong complex problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively
Proven written and oral communication skills
