Responsibilities
Handle all phases of commercial litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in Tennessee
At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling complex business disputes
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Must be open to working onsite
Preferred
Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus
