Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects
Manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
Work closely with Travelling Project Managers staff
Serve as the on-site leader from start to completion
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects ($15m+)
Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management ability
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
Solid knowledge of safety and quality standards
Willingness to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic
Benefits
PTO: 20 days
Per Diem: State based
Bonus : 5% profit share on projects
