Required

Proven leadership skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, and experience driving organizational change
Expertise in sales strategy, customer success processes, and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth
Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of revenue operations tools and platforms like CRM and analytics software
Effective communication and collaboration skills to build trust and alignment with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and leadership teams
Experience in operational efficiency, process optimization, and strategic planning
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, marketing, or related fields

Preferred

Experience in technology/SaaS industries and familiarity with pool service or small business solutions
Experience in Hubspot is preferrable
MBA is a plus but not required
