Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of a 100% employee-owned, full-service marketing agency headquartered in Southern California. The VP of Client Solutions will lead new business development focused on direct response print mail and diversify the client portfolio into high-growth verticals including financial services, travel, and gaming.

Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in target verticals, building relationships that generate $250K to multi-million dollar annual accounts
Lead consultative sales conversations that demonstrate ROI across data analytics, creative services, digital marketing, and direct mail production
Convert marketing-generated inbound leads into long-term client partnerships
Represent the agency at industry conferences, transforming cold contacts into warm opportunities
Collaborate with internal SMEs across data intelligence, creative, and production teams to develop winning proposals
Maintain ongoing client relationships post-sale, participating in strategy meetings and serving as the executive-level contact
Achieve $500K+ in new business annually (adjusted for start timing)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of direct response/direct mail sales experience with a proven track record
Full-service marketing agency background: you can speak confidently to data, creative, digital, AND print capabilities
Consultative selling approach focused on value and relationships, not price
Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles (12+ months)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Existing book of business in financial services, travel, or gaming verticals
Healthcare/Medicare marketing experience
CRM proficiency and conference networking expertise
