The Planet Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale loyalty system migration initiative. This role will oversee multiple workstreams and project managers while partnering closely with senior leadership, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the program.

Responsibilities

Lead and own an enterprise-wide loyalty platform migration program
Serve as the primary point of accountability and communication for the initiative
Manage and coordinate multiple project managers and cross-functional workstreams
Partner closely with senior leadership to provide updates, manage expectations, and drive decisions
Work with vendors and internal development teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintain end-to-end program plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
Manage change control, impact analysis, and risk mitigation
Oversee UAT coordination with business stakeholders
Support training strategy development and execution
Lead cutover planning and post-launch hypercare activities
Balance high-level program oversight with detailed, hands-on execution as needed

Required

10+ years of project or program management experience
Strong program management background with ownership of large, enterprise-wide initiatives
Proven experience managing vendors, development teams, and executive stakeholders
Prior experience leading at least one loyalty system migration
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and detailed execution levels
Strong understanding of change management, system impacts, and delivery governance
Excellent communication skills with experience owning executive-level messaging
Experience coordinating UAT, training, cutover, and hypercare activities

Preferred

Loyalty platform migration experience within hospitality
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet
Experience working in distributed or remote delivery models
