BroadMinds INC is seeking a Dynamics 365 - CE Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Customer Engagement solutions. This role involves working closely with business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Customer Engagement (CE)solutions
Deep understanding of Customer Engagement core functionalities
Work closely with business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and integration specifications
Develop extensions as specified leveraging tools such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server Integration Services
Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for optimization within the CE solution
Design/develop Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions based on pre-defined specifications using components of the Power Platform including but not limited to, Plugins, Custom Web Resources, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and PowerFx
Conduct internal security reviews to ensure design and code are compliant with Cyber security standards
Stay up to date on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related technologies
Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for Customer Engagement implementation
Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Work with distributed team - India
Participate in MTP / release activities

Required

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 or a comparable customer engagement solution
10+ years of experience developing solutions leveraging Power Platform and/Dynamics 365 CE (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps, custom development)
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex customer engagement solutions
In-depth knowledge of Customer Engagement functionalities, workflows, and configuration options
Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for CE with other business systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Experience with Azure technologies, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is a plus
Experience mentoring and leading junior team members is preferred
Experience working with remote / distributed teams
