Production and Test Technician III

Responsibilities

RF and electrical testing in accordance with established work routers and test procedures
Troubleshooting of test equipment and production assemblies when test results fall outside of specified parameters
Occasionally fix broken equipment and production assemblies when repair activities fall within SEACORP’s scope of operations
Generate and upload digital test datasheets for engineering review
Work directly with engineering staff to solve more complex problems as necessary
Suggest improvements to documentation and processes as needed to increase efficiency

Qualification

Required

2-year degree or equivalent college credits with RF or electronics focus
Minimum of 2 years military/civilian experience testing RF and/or electronics assemblies
Active Secret level clearance
Ability to work alone or as a member of a team
Self-starter when required
RF and electrical testing in accordance with established work routers and test procedures
Troubleshooting of test equipment and production assemblies when test results fall outside of specified parameters
Occasionally fix broken equipment and production assemblies when repair activities fall within SEACORP's scope of operations
Generate and upload digital test datasheets for engineering review
Work directly with engineering staff to solve more complex problems as necessary
Suggest improvements to documentation and processes as needed to increase efficiency
U.S. Citizenship

Preferred

Basic understanding of the principles of RF
Working knowledge of electrical systems/circuits and theory
High level of attention to detail
Ability to comprehend and adhere to detailed documentation and drawings/schematics
Ability to continue following documentation after becoming familiar with processes and procedures
Ability to work professionally with a wide array of personality types
