Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor recruiting, training, scheduling and management of all night warehouse personnel to ensure Ben E. Keith operational objectives are met and maintained

Perform management tasks to maximize productivity of personnel and maintain adequate staffing levels

Maintain a safe, clean and functional environment for all shift associates to meet or exceed regulatory or third party inspections

Monitor operations to ensure Branch and Company productivity, safety, error and turnover goals are met or exceeded

Perform administrative tasks to ensure the proper and timely completion of paperwork, including time/wage reporting, daily receipts and other required documentation

Supervise duties for night warehouse personnel and management teams

Conduct performance appraisals as directed

Provide feedback and assistance to direct reports
