The role involves leading firmware execution on advanced projects and collaborating closely with partners and project managers.

Responsibilities

Lead firmware execution on a late-stage hardware program
Work within an existing Zephyr-based firmware stack for LTE & BLE devices (nRF54L15, nRF9151)
Support security implementation, including Secure Boot and FOTA
Collaborate closely with Tomorrow Lab partners, project managers, and external freelancers
Maintain thorough documentation and provide consistent progress updates

Required

8+ years of relevant firmware or embedded systems experience
Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electronic systems
Must currently reside in the NYC area and be willing to travel to our Brooklyn office as needed

Preferred

BS/BE in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred (not required)
Hardware experience is a plus
Technical writing experience is a plus
