Build structures connecting all business units under a growth mindset framework

Establish common goals, shared metrics, and aligned incentives across all teams

Develop and implement comprehensive market expansion plans that are aligned with Citadel’s strategic objectives

Matrix Management of key business assets in the market

Expand into new markets and channels leading as the senior marketplace executive

Liaison between cross-departmental initiatives that enhance collaboration and efficiency

Drive year-over-year growth in membership and share deposits

Lead brand positioning and promotional campaigns

Evaluate SEG relationships to expand Citadel’s field of membership

Develop and oversee branch design, experience standards, and operational readiness that aligns with the Citadel brand for each location

Collaborate with Human Resources recruiters to hire and retain Directors and Managers
