Responsibilities

Manage the full sales lifecycle for staffing and project initiatives
Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for assigned accounts
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet client needs
Gain market share by increasing headcount, revenue, and margins
Conduct regular meetings with client hiring managers to strengthen partnerships
Oversee client relationships through pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support
Ensure compliance with SLAs and track performance metrics
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate delivery
Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in agency recruiting or staffing sales, specifically in IT staffing
Strong client-facing and customer service skills; prior sales experience is a major plus
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms for networking
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
Experience working with BFSI clients strongly preferred
