Staffing Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, EDI to lead enterprise EDI and B2B integrations within a complex SAP environment. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership, supporting both daily operations and long-term integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end EDI operations and integration strategy
Lead EDI initiatives supporting SAP environments (S/4HANA preferred; ECC acceptable)
Serve as the functional and technical EDI subject matter expert
Partner with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders
Monitor daily EDI transactions, logs, and exceptions
Troubleshoot mapping, validation, and integration issues
Perform manual intervention when partner criteria or transactions fail
Maintain partner documentation, mappings, and operational runbooks

Required

10+ years of hands-on EDI experience, including daily operations and partner onboarding
Strong experience with TrueCommerce middleware (required)
SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred; ECC acceptable)
Deep knowledge of ANSI X12 transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 846, 940, 945, 997)
Experience supporting retail, supply chain, logistics, or distribution partners
Proven ability to balance tactical execution with strategic leadership
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience

Preferred

S/4HANA preferred; ECC acceptable
