Lead the design and EM simulation of microwave structures, interfaces, and packaging
Translate microwave requirements into clear layout and process rules for the fab team
Define filtering, routing, and impedance‑control strategies from room temperature to the cryostat
Work hands‑on with test engineers to correlate design choices with coherence and gate‑fidelity metrics
Qualification
Required
Experience in microwave engineering and design
Proficiency in EM simulation of microwave structures
Ability to translate microwave requirements into layout and process rules
Experience with filtering, routing, and impedance-control strategies
Hands-on experience working with test engineers
Knowledge of qubit physics and its application in microwave engineering
