Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of litigation support from case inception through trial

Handle electronic filing in state and federal courts

Prepare and respond to standard discovery requests

Organize, process, and manage large volumes of case documents

Utilize document review and management platforms (e.g., Relativity) efficiently

Review and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and other case materials

Assist attorneys with trial preparation and provide in-trial support as needed
