The Structure Finance Analyst II will create structured financial models for asset-backed securitized transactions, interact with various stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

Modeling of Structured financial models of ABS and warehouse facilities and review of vendor comparison results
Work with different internal and external counterparts to execute on all aspects of a new issue securitization transaction and research inquiries on modeling results and payments
Participate in Corporate Trust initiative and meetings
Participate in special assignments and projects as required

Required

Minimum of 6 years demonstrated successful track record in Corporate Trust or in financial services
Experience reading and interpreting governing documents
Experience working in a Ratings Agency and/or experience working in a quantitative area i.e. Structuring, Market Risk, or Quantitative Analysis
At least 3 years experience in direct modeling of structured products
Ability to work independently, proactively, and innovatively in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while making sound decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities, be open to change and demonstrate flexibility
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are required
Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to organize workflow
