Responsibilities
Build and lead CoreWeave’s Networking and Storage Product organizations
Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for CoreWeave’s networking fabric, storage platforms, and data services
Partner closely with Engineering, the Office of the CTO, and executive leadership to balance rapid innovation with long-term architectural integrity
Lead a team of Product Managers
Engage directly with enterprise and AI lab customers
Ensure CoreWeave remains the gold standard for large-scale AI infrastructure
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Product Management within infrastructure, cloud, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments
5+ years of experience leading and managing teams of Product Managers
Deep technical expertise in high-performance networking, including RDMA, InfiniBand, RoCE, and leaf-spine architectures
Proven experience with high-performance and cloud-native storage systems, including CSI and S3-compatible object storage
Strong understanding of data services and platforms that support large-scale AI training and inference workloads
Hands-on experience operating in Kubernetes-native environments, with a strong understanding of API-driven and declarative infrastructure consumption
Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycles, from hardware/software selection and proof-of-concept through global GA and deprecation
Preferred
Experience building infrastructure products for AI/ML, deep learning, or large-scale distributed systems
Background working closely with enterprise customers, AI research labs, or hyperscale platforms
Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on technical product positioning and competitive differentiation
