The role involves data entry into the SAP application, handling invoicing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving and distributing Freight and Testing invoices for the Blakely plant and forwarding them to OGBS for entry and payment
Responsible for scanning all Blakely Production to Blakely Management
Responsible for receiving all production from Sylvester, Dublin, and Blakely plants
All Production is to be checked for Yield and Shrink accuracy before data entry
All Productions are to be keyed in SAP system daily
All Quality results from Production is to be sent to OGBS for data entry
Al Invoicing for Production is to be keyed in SAP system daily
Responsible for receiving all shipments from Sylvester, Dublin, and Blakely plants
All shipments of Olam-owned peanuts are to be invoiced through the SAP system
All Shipments for intra–company movements are to be posted and filed
All Shipments for customer-owned goods (Tolling) are to be posted, copies sent to customers, and filed with each production
All additional invoicing for Pallets, Desiccants, etc., is to be done before filing away
Responsible for accumulating all documentation for each Production:
Plant Production
QA Analysis
Grade, Afla, and any other requested testing documents
Shipments
Sales Orders (Sales Orders are pulled at the time of shipment)
Responsible for letting OGBS know when Quality Entry from Production is ready for entry
This includes sending outside analysis to OGBS for data entry and processing
Responsible for receiving Invoicing from OGBS for Federal State, Leek, and G&G Gofer and distributing this to the customers
Responsible for the final docket for each production and scanning to a permanent PDF file
Responsible for responding to customers about invoicing queries
Responsible for answering the Main Phone line
Responsible for all UPS Shipments
Maintain a constant sense of urgency and awareness of all company policies and procedures
Keep management fully informed of operating activities under his/her jurisdiction and of any problems encountered, along with solutions to those problems
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Olam Edible Nuts, even though the assignment may not have explicitly been outlined previously in this job description
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma is required
Strong oral and written communication skills are required
Strong people skills, customer service skills, and motivation are required
Strong mathematical proficiency is required
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are required
Must be self-motivated with the ability to operate at a high level with minimal supervision required
