The Automated Material Handling Engineer will support long-term projects in semiconductor manufacturing automation, focusing on improving system performance and reliability for Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).

Responsibilities

Managing multiple semiconductor manufacturing software applications, including Material Control System (MCS), Master Control Processor (MCP), and internal monitoring system application

Improving the reliability and sustainability of System through configuration optimization and pre-task plan release management

Analyzing Data and lead the optimization effort on creating new manufacturing system logic to improve system performance and reduce costs

Configuring all Fab Process Tool equipment and devices, and maintain system user interface inside the system for tool automation

Planning preventative maintenance activities and setup application system on Linux and Windows server

Providing 24x7 system operation support and troubleshoot for any system issues within the Automated Material Handling System

Creating standard operation procedure, technical documentation for best practice
