Data Analyst (Marketing Measurement & Experimentation)

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and own advanced marketing measurement frameworks, including:
Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
Incrementality and lift testing
Lead geo-based experiments and holdout tests, ensuring proper:
Experimental design
Control and market matching
Sample size and power estimation
Statistical significance and post-test validation
Develop and validate causal inference models to measure true incremental impact across paid channels
Establish clear testing roadmaps that balance methodological rigor, speed, and business relevance
Partner with Media, Growth, and Leadership teams to translate business questions into testable hypotheses
Support decision-making around budget allocation, channel strategy, and optimization using experimental and modeled insights
Clearly communicate findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and consistency across sources, including ad platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and so on
Evaluate and improve measurement approaches to account for platform limitations, data gaps, and modeling assumptions
Assess alignment (and misalignment) between attribution models and incrementality results, calling out bias and limitations where appropriate
Build and maintain MMM models (Bayesian or frequentist), including:
Clear assumptions, diagnostics, and documentation
Business-ready interpretation of outputs
Design and execute geo-lift and geo-holdout tests, including:
Market matching
Power analysis and sample size estimation
Post-test validation and readouts
Assess and troubleshoot MTA models, including bias, overfitting, and discrepancies versus experimental results
Apply statistical methods such as regression, time-series analysis, Bayesian modeling, and hypothesis testing
Work fluently in SQL and Python and/or R to analyze large, multi-source datasets
Develop reusable analytical frameworks, tools, and documentation to scale measurement efforts across accounts
Partner closely with Media, Growth, Analytics, and Account teams to ensure measurement frameworks are integrated into planning and execution
Support client-facing teams with clear narratives around performance, incrementality, and measurement tradeoffs
Act as a trusted analytical thought partner across the organization
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, experimentation, or measurement (agency or in-house)
Demonstrated experience with incrementality testing and/or Marketing Mix Modeling
Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems and performance measurement
Advanced analytical skillset with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business insights
Proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R
Experience working with large, multi-source datasets
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a bias toward scalable solutions
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for solving hard measurement problems
