Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of paralegals across multiple practice areas and multiple offices
Oversee staffing, workload allocation, utilization, and performance management
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and best practices
Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, and continuing education for paralegals
Partner with attorneys, practice group leaders, HR, and administration to meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
Experience managing paralegals in a large or mid-to-large law firm environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative management style
