SilverAssist is dedicated to helping families navigate the financial side of senior care. They are seeking an energetic and motivated Financial Concierge to guide families through financial solutions for senior living and care, while building a loan pipeline for ElderLife Financial's team.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries

Use empathy and skillset to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals

Collaborate cross-functionally with processing and underwriting to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth

Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce and our integrated sales process

Actively listen and assess families’ needs to recommend the best solutions

Paid training, no licensing required

Required

Experience in a fast-paced sales type role, particularly in a phone-based or call center environment ideal

Great communicator who is outgoing, compassionate and empathetic to seniors and families during this difficult transition to senior living

Creative problem solver who is able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices

Coachable, able to follow instructions, and maintain a personal pipeline of 10-20 in process loans while continuing to originate new applications and new leads through technology and excellent follow up skills

Proficient keyboarding skills, use of Google Workspace, Slack and ability to learn Salesforce or other future CRM software

Work in-office at our Hendersonville, TN location – Monday through Friday 8 – 5 pm

High school diploma or equivalent
