Responsibilities

Grow the number of commercial clients in your sales territory

Sell Modern's pest management service programs to commercial, institutional, industrial, and municipal facilities. This includes such facilities as grocery stores, restaurants, food distribution centers, food processing plants, hotels, motels, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmaceutical houses, research facilities, retail stores, management companies, apartment/condominium communities, department stores, and government buildings

Generate leads from advertising and passive referrals in addition to developing new clients within your sales territory

Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting to the Vice President of Sales utilizing Salesforce as a CRM. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects

Provide timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold

Operate and maintain an assigned vehicle in accordance with all motor vehicle laws, company policies and manufacturer's recommendations
