Sales Executive - Payment Services

The Sales Executive will lead a team to drive growth by selling merchant payment products and services, while setting and achieving sales goals and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Take charge of a high-performing sales staff, guiding them to deliver innovative products and services across a defined region or industry segment
Set bold goals, craft winning strategies, and build lasting relationships, all while staying ahead of market trends and competitors
Drive sales directly and through your team, set and achieve revenue and market share goals, and implement strategies to meet budget targets
Build strong customer relationships, monitor market trends and competitors, manage the annual budget, and develop partnerships with industry associations
Train, motivate, and provide daily leadership to your staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
Preferred
Considerable knowledge of sales and sales strategies
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong management and leadership skills
Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
Effective customer service/relations skills
Considerable knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends
Ability to make important decisions independently
