Responsibilities
Balance strategic design thinking with hands-on execution to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs across multiple product areas
Define problems and objectives, create user flows, and prototype interactions
Foster strong cross-team relationships by aligning on shared roadmaps and a unified, customer-focused vision; mentor designers by setting clear design objectives, goals, and delivery timelines
Develop design frameworks, systems, and components that deliver a consistent user experience across all touchpoints
Apply strong UI and UX expertise to enhance and evolve an existing product
Ensure continuity between UX prototypes and the final user experience; oversee development alignment and design approvals
Contribute to user research through observation, analysis, and insights gathering to understand customer challenges
Use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions
Gather requirements for projects
Deliver on developmental deadlines and requirements
Share work for approvals with design manager
Work closely with content writer / designers
Take the requirements and applying them using the design system and applying knowledge to solve requirements on product side
