Manage client financial reporting, investment tracking & asset consolidation
Ensure compliance with financial controls, tax planning coordination & regulatory standards
Leverage financial technology (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Addepar) to enhance reporting
Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial operations associates
Qualification
Required
6+ years in financial operations, accounting, or wealth management
Strong knowledge of reporting, controls, and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Collaborative leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skill
Preferred
Prior family office or UHNW client experience preferred
CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus
