Danos Group is a fast-paced, global legal team within an NYSE energy and commodities business, seeking a Corporate Securities Paralegal. In this hybrid role, you will contribute to public company governance and compliance while supporting securities filings and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare and support SEC filings (including proxy statements, 8-Ks, and Section 16 reports)
Coordinate compliance with stock exchange listing standards
Manage governance calendars, monitor regulatory trends, and support board materials
Collaborate across departments and with external advisors on high-impact projects
Drive project management initiatives and deliver results under tight deadlines

Required

Preferred

Experience with platforms like Workiva, Diligent, or Active Disclosure a plus
