The role focuses on ensuring exceptional delivery of eDiscovery services while fostering strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful delivery of professional services to clients
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Project Management team, ensuring they are effectively managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and facilitating the smooth delivery of professional services
Support Project Managers in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues and providing strategic guidance as needed
Collaborate closely with professional services delivery teams to ensure seamless communication, clear expectations, and the successful execution of client engagements
Identify opportunities to optimize Project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and ensure consistent service delivery
Track and analyze key project management metrics, providing regular reports on team performance, client engagement status, and potential risks or opportunities to senior leadership
Work with Project Managers to understand client feedback and advocate for client needs within the organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of service offerings
Identify training and development needs for the Project Management team and work with relevant resources to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and professional services, to ensure alignment and effective communication across the client lifecycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in project management, client success, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices in a professional services environment
A client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Technical Proficiency: High aptitude with database programs, text editors, and review platforms
Relativity Expertise: Proficient in Relativity Processing and working knowledge of core Relativity features, including Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, Relativity Desktop Client, and Relativity Staging Explorer
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Preferred
Experience within the legal services industry is a plus
