Responsibilities

Conduct daily system checks

Actively troubleshoot for any issues that are flagged from system checks

Complete post-game processing steps

Monitor and engage with the data processing dashboard and maintain simple documentation

Conduct basic troubleshooting for any processing issues and assist the Data Processing Engineer/Lead with troubleshooting

Update basic game information, such as player rosters and IDs

Complete routine weekly maintenance tasks within the Data Processing department

Support basic data organization and file management tasks
